Who we build for

Gyms and fitness studios, martial arts schools, swim clubs, youth soccer, hockey, basketball and baseball clubs, small leagues, sports camps, and private coaches and trainers. They all share the same busy weeks. A parent wants to know when the U10 team practices and which field it's on. A new member wants to see whether there's an evening class before work tomorrow. A player's family wants to sign up for the fall season without printing a form.

Most of those questions come down to three things: a schedule that's right, a sign-up path that works on a phone, and a page for each team or program that someone actually keeps current. That's what we plan every site around.

Services

One schedule, many places

Schedules change constantly. A coach swaps a practice, a field closes, a holiday shifts the week. On many club sites the same times are typed into four pages, and one of them is always wrong. We build the schedule from a single list of sessions and show it as a week board, a list for phones, and a filtered view on each team or program page. Change one line and every view follows. The board in the header above is a concept drawn that way.

Your current tools stay

Plenty of gyms already run memberships and class booking in a gym management app, and many clubs already use a registration platform from their league. We don't ask you to switch. Where a tool offers a booking link, an embed or a schedule feed, we connect the site to it and style the pages around it. Where you don't use one yet, a well-built form and your payment processor are often enough to start.

What to send

  • What you run: a gym, a studio, a youth club, a league, a camp or a coaching business
  • Your current schedule, in any form: a spreadsheet, a photo of the whiteboard or a link
  • How people sign up and pay now, and any registration or booking platform you already use
  • Your teams, age groups or programs, and who should be able to edit each one
  • Your logo, colors and photos you're allowed to publish, with no player faces unless you have consent
  • The date that matters most, such as tryouts, a season start or the first day of camp

Missing some of it? Send what you have. Our reply lists the open questions, and a short call usually settles them.

Common questions

How much does a club or gym website cost?

It depends on the number of pages and teams, the forms you need, how sign-up connects to payment or a registration platform, and whether we write the text. You get a written quote after a short brief, so the full cost is clear before anything starts.

Can volunteer coaches update their own team page?

Yes. We set up editor accounts that only reach a coach's own team page, so they can post practice changes and news without touching the rest of the site.

Can the site be ready before registration opens?

Tell us the date in your brief. The quote gives a target launch date, and if time is short we plan a first launch with the schedule and the sign-up form, then add the rest.

Are the schedule boards and photos on this site real?

No. The boards are concept drawings with made-up classes and counts, and the photos are AI-generated samples. We don't publish client work without permission.

Season coming up? Tell us what you run, how people sign up today and when registration needs to open.
